Our rental appraisals are grounded in real market knowledge, not figures designed to flatter. We look at current market trends and conditions and local rent values.

How much can I rent my house for in Invercargill?

It depends on your property and the current market, so we do not publish a single figure. Location, condition, size and features all affect the rent. A rental appraisal gives you a number for your property.

Do I have to sign up for property management to get a rental appraisal?

No. On the form you can choose Rental Appraisal, Property Management, or both.

Can I get a rental appraisal for a property I am thinking of buying?

Yes, you can ask for one when you are researching rental returns on an investment.
